This Privacy Policy describes how local-axiom.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses information from users (“you”) of our website and services.
We collect minimal information from our users. Specifically, we collect the following:

We do not collect:

We permanently retain timestamp, model, exec_time_ms, input_tokens, and output_tokens.
We take reasonable measures to protect the limited data we collect from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, due to the nature of the internet, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
NodePier hosts our website and its request-forwarding backend. It does not run our AI models or perform AI computation. The website forwards encrypted model requests to separate hardware owned and operated by Local Axiom, where AI computation takes place.
Local Axiom is hosted with NodePier under a special agreement for True ZDR (Zero Data Retention) for our hosted AI interactions. This agreement is specific to Local Axiom and does not describe the policies of other sites hosted by NodePier. The account identifiers and operational metrics described in this policy remain part of Local Axiom's service; chat content is processed in memory and is not written to disk by our website.
Local Axiom operates independently. We have no affiliation with, responsibility for, or endorsement of other content hosted on NodePier.
We do use Cloudflare for running our API, so all AI prompts go through Cloudflare servers before reaching ours but all prompts are sent from the backend of the website and cannot be traced by Cloudflare back to any users and are encrypted by another layer so Cloudflare cannot read them.
Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.

We explicitly state that we do not use any user-provided input, prompts, or AI-generated outputs for the purpose of training our artificial intelligence models. Your data remains confidential and is not used to improve our services beyond the scope of providing the service itself.
