This Privacy Policy describes how local-axiom.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses information from users (“you”) of our website and services.

We collect minimal information from our users. Specifically, we collect the following:

• Timestamp: We permanently store timestamps for the purpose of finding the best time for maintenance.

• Model: We permanently store what model was used in order to better gauge what users use the most.

• Time it takes: We permanently store how long the AI took to infrence the request in ms.

• Prompt Length: We permanently prompt length, we do not store the actual prompt just how many characters it is.

We do not collect:

• Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as names, email addresses, or phone numbers.
• Any content you input, including text, code, images, or prompts.
• Any content that one of the AI's generates, including text, code, images.
• Cookies or other tracking technologies.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the other data collected so we can make better decisions on scaling and are not used or reasonably possible to trace back to anyone person or group

3. Data Retention

We store timestamps, model used, AI infence time, prompt length permanently

4. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the limited data we collect from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, due to the nature of the internet, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Third-Party Disclosure

We do use Cloudflare for running our API, so all AI prompts go through Cloudflare servers before reaching ours but all prompts are sent from the backend of the website and cannot be traced by Cloudflare back to any users.

6. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

7. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.

9. AI Training

We explicitly state that we do not use any user-provided input, prompts, or AI-generated outputs for the purpose of training our artificial intelligence models. Your data remains confidential and is not used to improve our services beyond the scope of providing the service itself.
